Yup. That was the first thing that was discussed after the trade was finalized by Bernstein. I listen to sports radio to get away from the worlds problems, don’t really care that Murphy is very religious and has pointed beliefs.

im sure they will use him like they use schwarber and take him out for defense. He’s a career .400 hitter at Wrigley.

I heard an interesting stat on VSIN yesterday that Murphy has an over .400 batting average in wrigley field. That is the highest batting average that anyone has at wrigley (minimum 100 at bats).

Eddie Murray is actually number 2 at wrigley
