So I have used the offshores off and on over the last few seasons. Sometimes I like them for their lines not available from locals. Well this weekend I decided to try and fire one or two back up for some future wagers.

Are any simple anymore? Won't require social security number, copy of ID, CC, etc? I am too stupid I guess for bitcoin and can not figure that dang thing out, so am back to the old way of just using a CC.

Books I've used or tried recently, 5dimes (used them for years but their service is was just piss poor), betDSI (Loved them for a few years, but really saw some scary stories on here the last couple of weeks to keep me away from them??????), Heritage, and Bookmaker. Any others out there that might be easier to setup and fund for a dummy like me wanting to just use my CC?

They sure don't make it easy, do they?

I gave up. Hoping for Mass or NH to legalize sports betting.

Good luck.

It's just not what it used to be. I'm less than 2 hours from Mississippi. I'll miss the flexibility of whenever I want online but enough is enough.

Hoping for Mass too. Hopefully things will be here by the opening of Encore in June 2019....Heard that RI is hoping for sports betting sometime toward mid football season....Good news as I am 1 hour away from Twin

Anyone wanting to play offshore, Bookmaker or Pinnacle IMO are the only great books to play with.

But since offshore is so difficult to deposit or get your money out, I'm done with them......there's Delaware Park or locals.....& Pa will have sports betting up & running by end of Oct, or early Nov.

I am with you Razorback. Haven't played offshore in a while, but I got the urge to bet some football this weekend. I actually won and found out that there is a $100 fee for them to send me a check. You have to be mentally tough to play offshore and deal with this chit.

offshore is,and always will be better than locals or USA book, wise up guys

Is that so? Locals and USA books never ask for a utility bill, not accepting CC's the week before season, want your social security number, picture of your DL and CC... I mean they are requiring more then enough to completely steal your identity now.

The oNLY thing offshore has is some good future bets. If my local offered those or planned a little better ahead to go out to Vegas, I would never consider offshore. The awful customer service on top of that has just gotten awful.

This may be my downfall. I was so naive or lack of knowledge on all of the coin stuff till spent a lot of time this weekend reading up on it. I now have an account/wallet and found a couple of servers. However, I still am always skeptical connecting a bank account to something like that. Which is why I like CC for the extra layer of security.

I use both BETONLINE & Fan Duel at the Meadowlands.

I'll be honest with you though. Making a bet at the Meadowlands and you win,you have those winnings in your pocket after the game.

No waiting. Good feeling. I like it.

Penn National Gaming and William Hill US

The company says it will partner with leading US sportsbook operator William Hill US for both brick and mortar retail and mobile sports betting.

William Hill US is Nevada’s largest sportsbook operator. It also recently opened two sportsbooks in the budding New Jersey sports betting market:

Monmouth Park Sports Book by William Hill in Oceanport, NJ

William Hill Sports Book at Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City, NJ

Penn National Gaming VP Fred Lipkin issued a statement saying the company’s plans include turning Hollywood Casino’s simulcast theater into a William Hill sportsbook.

Razorback,

I wouldn't get too concerned with the posters saying offshores are better that can't address your concerns regarding identity theft (a very real problem). People like that are the type that would put a sign in front of their house saying "the front door's unlocked and the jewelry is in the bedroom". I can't think of a single vendor that I've ever dealt with that required your DL, SSN, Utility bill, etc. You're also taking a real chance depositing by credit card. Many of the processors they use are from Asian countries and are as corrupt as they come. I used BetDSI for a short period of time and deposited by CC. The first card I used had fraudulent activity within a couple of weeks. I had my suspicions, so I opened a new CC and only used it for BetDSI. And yes, you guessed it, same thing 2 weeks later. Although the Bitcoin thing isn't all that complicated, many of these books still charge fees to withdraw, even with Bitcoin (it's hard enough to win at 11/10, I can't imagine paying upwards of 10% on top of that to get your money out). You also appear to be a U.S. player so suggestions like Pinnacle and some of these other books are meaningless as they aren't open to U.S. players.
