A promising young Democratic Socialist candidate for New York State Senate has been apparently exposed for lying about her Jewish heritage and status as an immigrant.

Julia Salazar, 27, has been aggressively campaigning for New York State Senate
However, an expose in a Jewish paper has highlighted biographical inaccuracies that she has touted during her campaign events and on her campaign site
Salazar is a progressive Democrat and has repeatedly called herself an immigrant from Colombia and said she her father was Jewish
She admits she is from Miami but has not directly addressed her Jewish claims
Her brother says no one in their family is Jewish, including their father who Salazar claimed was of Jewish descent
She has not addressed her claims of Judaism specifically and only hit back at the naysayers calling it 'bigoted policing of the identity of Jewish people'
Salazar did however undergo a two month conversion to conservative Judaism
At Columbia University she was president of the anti-abortion group 'Columbia Right to Life,' and has just registered as a Democrat in 2017

why do these people hate themselves so much? lying about being black, being native american, growing up in The Bronx, being jewish... makes no fn sense.

funniest part is they want nothing to do with blacks, natives, jews, or folks in the Bronx...they just want their votes and to use these minorities as badges of honor while hanging out with their Columbia and BU and Harvard white friends.

and they're always fired up about pro-abortion even though there's not a fn guy out there looking to screw them
