One thing is for certain, neither of them will ever have to worry about doing the dishes at a Waffle House ever again.

“I’m gonna beat your Momma..”

I’ve actually been told that at my work place.

The women are obviously not lazy, the altercation took place at work.

The fight is more about money than washing dishes.

I eat out a lot, so I've seen many similar incidents.

A major part of their income comes from tips.

When they are washing dishes, they are not waiting tables and not getting tips.

After she said that, did she say 'don't you ever hire me'.

after further review..I think she says, 'don't you ever hold me'....my bad

You have never seen lazy people at work??

This looks more and more about ego.

Yes I have, and I also on occasion have been the lazy person at work.

I have been employed in all sorts of work, Waiter, Truck Driver, Platform, Private security and Police Officer are just some.
By far the easiest job to take a day off while at work was Police Officer.

Once again I don't believe that the dispute was about lazy. From my experience washing dishes is easier than waiting on tables.
If the woman doesn't do the dishes she would have to serve the customers.

Waiting tables gets her a little extra cash, washing dishes gets her hands chapped.

Obviously washing dishes is in the job description of both drama queens. Both employees wanted the other employee to do the least desirable and more labor intense job.

Trying to push a less desirable job on the next person (because of money or what ever) is lazy and egotist.

Everyone has to be an adult and take their turn in the barrel.
