This is a 20 person contest for the below listed members. I will use this thread to post everyones lineup Sunday Morning before the 1pm Eastern Games start. Picks can be pm'ed here or emailed to kidman231@yahoo.com , please make sure you include your user name with the picks.

* players can only be used once by each team. If you pick tom brady week 1, you can never use tom brady again. You will receive zero points for that position if you use the same player twice.

* if a team fails to submit a roster, all other teams advance, the players everyone selected for that week are still be counted

* if playing anyone in any Thursday night game, that pick must be submitted by 6pm est. rest of your roster is due by noon est sunday. If picks are not received by noon est, you are eliminated. In the case of two teams failing to submit, both will advance to next week where lowest score between the two is eliminated, and then the lowest scoring team for that week will also be eliminated (eliminating two teams that week)

* you start 1 qb, 1 rb, 1 wr, 1 te each week

* about 30 minutes prior to the 1pm est games I will post everyone roster selections including any Thursday players at that time

* if I play anyone in Thursday night football, I will post my pick by the deadline for all to see

* lowest scoring team from each week is eliminated, if two teams tie, we will use a tiebreaker method (team with highest scoring player advances). if all four players on each team score the exact same amount, both teams advance to next week where the lowest scoring team between the two is eliminated, along with the last place team from that week.

well this is never fun, we have had two teams fail to submit picks. Everyone else advances, either willie or bowler are eliminated next week (based off lowest score between them two, and then the next lowest score next week is also eliminated).

so we are auto safe week 1 and week 2 then?

The low score between the two teams that didn't play is eliminated

AND then the low score between the remaining 19 teams is eliminated, nobody is safe for week 2

this is correct, next week whoever scores lowest between willie and bowler is eliminated, and then the next lowest scoring team in the contest is eliminated also. this keeps everyone from being able to start 2nd and 3rd stringers next week, keeps the integrity of the league in tact and the challenge of building lineups

So one of the guys who didn't put a lineup in the first week will advance in week 2 over someone who put their lineup in week 1 more than likely. That seems a little odd but it's your contest.

Well its rare for ppl to forget, let alone 2, so normally its an automatic dq. But with 2 ppl forgetting it makes things tough, we could have eliminated both and week 2 is a free week, but that gives everyone else a free set of guys later on. So doing it this way, its 50/50 getting knocked out for them and they have to burn studs to insure they advance, while everyone else had to submit a competitive lineup

Fine for this year. But I think should’ve eliminated them both and we either skip to week 3 or some other option.
Obviously a different type of contest so not straight forward options

we could in the future eliminate two and then week 17 you will only have 3 teams left instead of the current 4.
