Miss St vs K. State-A good win for Miss St. Running back has established himself as the workhorse running back for the offense. The defense played lights out getting penetration through offensive line of K. State the entire game. W -7.5 31-10
Ga Tech vs USF- USF is looking to establish itself as one of the group of 5 teams to look out for outside of Boise St/UCF. Blake Barnett(Former 5 star qb from CA) played exceptionally well and played with poise down the stretch. Offensively this team looks great with the ability to move the ball and score in the red. Defensively, the team gave up some big plays to a GA Tech team that has mastered running the option. However, the defense came up with 2 big stops down the stretch to get the offense the ball to take the lead and eventually put the game away. W +3.5 38-49
Memphis vs Navy-One word to describe why Memphis was unable to cover, let alone win the game. TURNOVERS. Critical turnovers throughout the game allowed Navy to win the possession battle in the 1st Half. I didn’t watch the second half of the game. L -7 21-22
Clemson vs Texas A&M- A well played game by Texas A&M, but too many mistakes on the defensive side of the ball(bad tackling) put them in the place where they had to come from behind. This is a game that I felt like Texas A&M could have won straight up but overall I felt like Clemson’s tales would be too much which is why I selected +12. Clemson showed that they will continue to find ways to win. Reverse a late calling favor of Texas A&m and maybe it turns out different but we will take the W. + 12 W 28-26
Wyoming vs Missouri- I didn’t watch the game, but I liked the matchup and was confident in the pick. W -19.5 13-40
Baylor vs UTSA-Another game that I didn’t watch but I liked the matchup. PUSH -17 37-20
Utah vs. Northern Illinois- I fell asleep on this game. But Utah didn’t play as well I would have thought during the drives that I did watch. PUSH -11 17-6
Michigan St vs Arizona St-A low scoring affair. Never bought into the media’s hype that Michigan St was back combined with playing at 2am est time may have factored a little bit into this game. However, ASU had many opportunities that they didn’t capitalize on in the first half. Fortunate for them they were able to pull out the W and the cover I don’t consider this an upset. W +9 13-16
