Do you have to be a NJ resident? Can a CT resident sign up?

You can't use the app or website outside of NJ. It won't let you on.

This is all moving pretty quickly.

Is this all going to be independent state books? Or will we get a national book?

Man, this is amazing. I'm happy for y'all. Ohio will probably be among the last to allow, looks like.

I'm thinking that these "state" books will be like bet365. If you win a little, you'll be limited to 3.65 per wager. I think most of the Euro books are that way.

What the US needs is an exchange.
