Notice how much income inequality increases when liberals are in control.

Soon, the only people left in California will be the super wealthy and the people who clean their homes. Liberals are fine with that because rich liberals think giving poor people crumbs makes them good people.

It's very simple....the more you GIVE people, the less they will do.

Give them nothing and watch shit change.

There's a certain demographic that migrates to welfare states, go figure A?

People argue since my liberal state has one of the biggest disparities between the wealthy and the impoverished, we're NOT doing enough to help the poor. When the truth is we're doing too much, we're making living on welfare to comfortable, and we attract people from other states that want to live that lifestyle.

Liberal Connecticut, we're a repellent for companies and jobs, we're a magnet for those who don't want to work.

And how about those Patriots, just keep on keeping on baby

A GENERATION PLANS AN EXODUS FROM CALIFORNIA

An analysis of IRS data from 2015-16, the latest available, shows that while roughly half those leaving the state made under $50,000 annually, half made above that. Roughly one in four made over $100,000 and another quarter earned a middle-class paycheck between $50,000 and $100,000. We also lose among the wealthiest segment, the people best able to withstand California’s costs, but by much smaller percentages.

The key issue for California, however, lies with the exodus of people around child-bearing years. The largest group leaving the state — some 28 percent — is 35 to 44, the prime ages for families. Another third come from those 26 to 34 and 45 to 54, also often the age of parents.

no problem, they'll just start sending public buses south of the border to bring more illegals in to fill those voids

how many welfare recipients are leaving the state? oh wait, my bad, the IRS wouldn't know about that

Social scientists such as people who advocate these programs, actually socialists in general, all overlook one fatal flaw in their arguments, human nature. People who are prone to be lazy are encouraged to be lazy, while people who want to work are being stripped of reasons to be ambitious. A lose lose for a successful society.

The primary reason this country is the greatest in the world is because people have had the opportunity and the freedom to pursue "the American Dream". Liberals are slowing taking that opportunity (read incentive) away, and they're proud of it too. It's all so wrong, they always get things backwards

I wish more people understood economics and growth and freedom and ambition and the truth, but we're a nation of spoon fed soundbite idiots.

I can't even comprehend how people believe career politicians are their saviors, and how they fall for all the spin and all the lies time and time again.

How many times can democrats tell the inner city poor that their policies are going to help the poor escape the cycle or poverty? How many times can they hear that promise and vote for it? How many generations will it take before reality sets in? Will reality ever set in?
