I know we're only one game in and the Rams could go 8-8 but with the pieces they've added on Defense and their solid offense, who's going to stop these guys? They really only lack an elite WR. The usual suspects, GB, Minn, Phil, ATL, maybe a couple of others, I think only Minnesota can stop these guys. I like their chances of making the Super Bowl.

I was really not impressed by the Minnesota Vikings this week, that game was much closer then the 24-16 score. LAR will roll this week , I think they start the season 4-0.

Rams look like a team that will win their Division (13-3) and win a playoff game or three.

The offense has been together for a year now so they should be stronger. Phillips @ DC will make the defense even better, too.

No elite WR and a bit light at LB, but if they stay healthy the are as talented as anybody.

Still can't believe they have sam shields practically on special teams. But as you saw, there are matchups out there that will give them problems. Mostly involving the tight end. Talib and Peters are also very very instinctive and will gamble on plays. They aren't as shutdown as everyone will give them credit for. Their are Receivers who can dice them up. Scrambling around and trying to make a play inside then outside the pocket will hardly work vs their D line which means their corners have less responsibility. Need to have an elite pocket passer to beat them. Call me crazy but the Packers can put up a fight. I know everyone is saying they suck and all this, but the Packers corners do not suck. They have depth at the position finally. Their front 7 is solid enough. I don't see the Rams being better than 9-7 ats. I wouldn't be shocked if the Cardinals cover this weekend.

They very well may end up in the divisonal rd/ Conf championship game though

They are my pick for the SB. I think they beat NE, KC or Jax.

Brandin Cooks is pretty close to elite. $15m a year for a reason! Only 24, too.

Cooks is top notch, can make big plays but not big & physical enough for clutch go to guy type plays that the very best have in their portfolio. But he’s a huge asset to pick up, they needed him.

Yes the two Ram stud corners are not infallible. Talib is getting older not sure he’ll play 16 games and Peters can get out of whack, he’s a star one day then he is unreliable for awhile.
Suh was great, not sure he’ll hold up all year, either.

6 and 0

The Rams once again won on the road, beating the Broncos 23-20 in Denver in Week 6.
Running back Todd Gurley led the Rams to their sixth-straight win of the season in wintery conditions at Broncos Stadium at Mile High. Gurley rushed for a career-high 208 yards, and scored his team’s only two touchdowns of the day.
The Rams are now 6-0 for the first time since 2001.

Rams are the best in the NFL, if they stay healthy they can win it all. O, D, coaching... do not forget Phillips coaches the defense!

They are superior to all in the NFC at this point, and compared to the AFC have almost as good as KC and NE's offenses plus superior defense to KC and NE.

Lots of All Pro type stars, Gurley, Goff, Brooks, Whitworth, Donald, Suh, Brockhaus, Peters, Talib.

On a neutral field, they are the wagering favorite vs everybody right now, even NE the big public team.

IF they stay healthy...

Yes they are. Key words, if they stay healthy (but this goes for any team).

How can they afford that roster?
What happens next year when it's time to pay Goff?

They clearly announced they want to win it all this year.
They definitely made a strong offer for Khalil Mack.
I’m sure they’ll figure a way to be ok next year.

Great offense.

The Rams average 35.4 points per game, third most in the NFL. Along the way they’re racking up 448.6 yards per game, which is the second most. There is no weakness on that side of the ball for the Rams.

I would lean to Rams -10 today, but probably not gonna play them, if so, small, double digits on the road, not sure they will be fired up at all. NO WAY should you go with the Lions, they might be done for the year.

Rams have some vets on D and they will be refreshed by the bye. Suh, Brockers, Barron,Peters & a few others do not go 100% on every play but today they might fight a little harder and Lions OL is below average. Talib is back today, he will get back into the fray and help. When the playoffs come, these vets on D will unleash hell.

Rams are coasting but today they might be too much for the Lions and the Lions might give up after their 7th loss, they are 13th in the NFC playoff rankings management traded away their best WR, nothing to play for.
