The issue I have with Duck Duck Go is that it defaults to "strict search" (filtering adult content and bad words) and I don't know how to turn it off. You have to alter the settings on every search in order to maximize the search power.

Just curious why Willie?

What have you used all along?

I've used Google and generally like it while I've had Bing and I absolutely hate it.

Google is becoming a little too intrusive, really stretching some privacy issues and that started making me think we need a good alternative. Now with their obvious news bias AND management's disregard for diversity in the political arena (they literally act as part of the resist resist resist movement), I've decided enough is enough and I'm looking for a good alternative

You can save your settings on duckduckgo by enabling the cloud and creating a phrase to access those settings. It should stay that way unless you reset settings.

I just started using DuckDuckGo today and the Mohegan Sun site is very slow, too damn slow. It looks like they just went to a new website, so that may be the reason.

Is something like that what you're talking about? Is that a thing for them? I hope not

Well if you going to boycott make sure never to get on YouTube again and make sure you research the other 150 companies they google owns and don’t use those either.

And I hope you have an iPhone . If not your android phone is owned by google so make sure you get rid of your phone unless you already have an iPhone
