It amazes me the level of stupidity people display and it results in the tragic loss of this little guy's life. The mother of the boy disregarded the barricades put in place to warn and prevent people from driving into flood waters and drove through onto a road covered in water from an overflowing creek. The car got swept up by the water and was pinned against a tree. She was able to free herself and her son from the car but lost her grip on the little guy and he was swept away. His body was found this morning.
