Nice hit man! I was also on them yesterday too. At the end of the half before baker came in I was telling myself that this is the first and last time I ever bet this team. Ive always consistently faded them. And can you believe Hue Jackson actually said he wasn’t sure who the starting QB would be next game? I mean...how you could even say that is beyond me and I do honestly believe him. He had to have an injury hit him in the face before he was forced to put in Baker. I was screaming at my tv to put him in since the start of the first half. That guy has zero business on the field. I’m happy for the Browns fans.
It was coach speak. There is no way Tyrod is coming back unless Baker gets injured even with the money they are paying him. Most rookie QBs start by week 4. I wanted to take Cleveland but I took the Jets because I didnt feel the Browns would win with Tyrod at QB and I was right. It took Baker coming in to save the night. I figured next week with 10 days to prepare Baker would get the nod if Cleveland lost and thats what I based it on.

You can call it whatever you want, but it’s a ridiculous statement for a coach to make after the performance Mayfield put on. He took way too long to pull the hook on Tyrod, you even said it yourself, every Browns fan knows it and it almost cost them the game. Every panelist looked dumbfounded when he said it. If it weren’t for the injury he probably wouldn’t have even pulled him. No free passes for Hue Jackson from me. Cut their losses and fire him already. They have had a bunch of first round draft picks without much to show for it. I’m glad they finally got a decent QB.
Also I was being sarcastic about believing that Hue would actually play Tyrod over Baker. I’m pretty sure nobody believes that at this point. I was just pointing out that Hue does and says a lot of very questionable things to put it mildly. Didn’t mean to Segway GBs thread. Just popped in to say nice hit and shoot the shit.
