Last post, yesterday at Belterra, was a good one ... 5 for 8, and a $225 exacta in the 8th.
Couldn't find a great card for today, so we'll try Woodbine. Feeling a little cocky now. Woodbine will slap me back down.

... race should have fair pace. ML fav is on a drop after some poor races, and also prefers turf, so I'll play against.
#1 6-1 ARTICULATE - most logical, jock + style
#7 20-1 SAYYESTOXCELENCE - bomb alert, jock sux with a capital SUX but horse is good enough
#5 3-1 TIMBERLINE - mighty dangerous is DaSilva gets his own way on the lead.
#8 4-1 BLUE PEARLS - should appear on the scene a little late, certainly an exotic player type contender

... 2nd of 5 turf races on the card. Fairly wide open.
#2 8-1 JASPER PARK - could be a very bad pick ... but I think last turf race wasn't bad, adds bug
#4 3-1 CANDYCREET - lasix
#7 5-2 CAPE ROMANCE - 4yo on shelf all year, so obvious problems. Bad news ... Carroll/Contreras 0/19 with layoffs. Good news ... Contreras owns the turf.
#1 6-1 FIRST SHOT - plodder/grinder needs uninterrupted advance .... not likely if hemmed on rail.

... another tuffy. Pace should be touch soft, so far back is too far back.
