Passing is almost(unless you have an elite pass rush) unstoppable in todays NFL. If you don't complete a pass there is a good chance you will get a pass interference or roughing the passer call. And with so many advantages now as opposed to 20 or more years ago that didn't favor the offense, isn't this the perfect style? QB in shotgun and let them pass like crazy. If they just keep coming and can get pressure, run that draw past the oncoming rushers. I know they throw the ball ore than they ever have. But I say throw even more. Only other way to win is with an elite defense and good running game. If you don't have that you gotta pass all day. Coaches are too conservative and won't let these guys air it out enough or go for it on fourth down. Too worried about getting fired. Look at the way they let Fitz throw away. And he's not even that good. You definitely can't beat an elite QB without pressure. You may win the game, doesn't mean you are stopping them without it
