Pokerstars NJ $5 100-1 Super Bowl bet problem.

I finally opened an account this morning with BetStars NJ so I could make the 100-1 bet on the Super Bowl for the first $5. I bet the Rams. It reads Los Angeles Rams (First $5 at 100/1) @ +450.
100/1 Super Bowl Champion Offer ($5 Max Bet -T&C's Apply) Then it reads 1 Bet x$5.00 @ +450 Bet amount $5.00 Returns $27.50. WTF!!! I contacted support and the chat person said she didn't know why and would have someone send me an e-mail. I hate that these online NJ books won't take phone calls. I also tried to send an e-mail to support and just get a spinning circle. All I know is if the last line says $5 returns $27.50 anything else above it means nothing.

All of these new legal books are a work in progress.

They have much to learn & it will take a while, if ever with some.

Hopefully they'll get back to you today.

Looks like a glitch.....nobody would have the Rams at 100-1 right now, even for the first $5

It's a promotional bonus. First $5 on any team to win the Super Bowl at 100-1. It's only good till 9/30.

Ahh, Ok.......hmm......so you could bet like 20 teams for $100 total & guarantee yourself a $400 profit if one of 20 teams won

No one team only, one bet. Any additional bets are paid at the actual odds. Customer support finally contacted me. They said even at if the moment it does not show correct winnings if you win will be paid at 100-1. It's real simple, PokerStars adjust the payout to display Bet Amount $5 returns $500 not $27.50. I made a copy of the customer support e-mail and a photo of the ticket.

Yes this is a glitch. Looks like some had a clever promo to get you in the door but still has to learn how to use the system to set this up the right way. They will figure this out. Too bad they didn't double check this process before going live, but as mentioned earlier they have a learning curve that is enormous.

The whole app is poorly designed. They call their promos, challenges. They just transferred over what they do on the poker site. For instance on poker to reach a certain level you have to play x number of hands. That is a challenge. Betting $150 to get a free $50 bet isn't a challenge. Also after I made the Super Bowl bet the splash screen for the promo comes up every time I log into account. I shouldn't have to remove the promo ad every time I log on. Then you have to opt-in on their $25 bet gets a $5 Bonus Bet each week. Why would you have to opt-in. What customer would refuse a Bonus Bet.
