Brett Kavanaugh was dramatically accused Wednesday of drugging a high school girl and taking part in a gang rape. Julie Swetnick, his new accuser, released a sworn statement through her attorney Michael Avenatti saying that Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge were there as she was abused by a 'train' of teenage boys. She said she was drugged 'using Quaaludes or something similar' which had been put in her drink. Swetnick, who says she has worked for the State Department and other government agencies, accused Kavanaugh of being part of the group of boys avusing her. 'In approximately 1982, I became the victim of one of those "gang" or "train" rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present,' she said in the statement. 'During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me.' The testimony is a fresh blow to Kavanaugh, already accused of two sexual assaults by named women.

  • Julie Swetnick has made a sworn declaration which says she was gang-raped by Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge and other boys at a high school party
  • Swetnick's statement was released by her attorney Michael Avenatti
  • She says Kavanaugh and his friends would spike 'punch' with grain alcohol or drugs to 'cause girls to lose their inhibitions and their ability to say "No"'
  • 55-year-old ex-State Department worker's detailed statement has been submitted to Senate Judiciary Committee
  • Committee hears Thursday from Christine Blasey Ford, Kavanaugh's first accuser, but has refused so far to hear from other accusers
  • Attorney for the second woman to accuse him, Debbie Ramirez, says she is ready to testify and is confident it was Kavanaugh who thrust his penis in her face
  • Came as Senate Judiciary Committee released a copy of Brett Kavanaugh's calendar from high school
  • It shows he attended Beach Week - where Swetnick says she saw him misbehave sexually - saw 'Rocky III,' went to camp, and got grounded
  • The calendar does not have an entry for a party where Christine Blasey Ford claims he sexually assaulted her
  • Kavanaugh attorney Beth Wilkinson acknowledged his high school drinking but said it wasn't indicative of 'this type of behavior' – denying assault allegations

She said she was drugged 'using Quaaludes or something similar' which had been put in her drink - and that Kavanaugh and his friends would spike 'punch' at parties with grain alcohol or drugs to 'cause girls to lose inhibitions and their ability to say "No".'
Swetnick, who says she has worked for the State Department and other government agencies including Homeland Security, accused Kavanaugh of being part of a group of boys abusing her.
'In approximately 1982, I became the victim of one of those "gang" or "train" rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present,' she said in the statement.
'During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me.'
Judge is the other student Christine Blasey Ford says was present when Kavanaugh jumped on top of her and tried to remove her clothes.
The testimony is a fresh blow to Kavanaugh, already accused of two sexual assaults by named women.
Avenatti, who also represents Stormy Daniels, had promised a new accuser on Wednesday.
Swetnick says she was a student at Gaithersburg High School, in Gaithersburg, Maryland, which is close to Chevy Chase, where Kavanaugh attended the elite Catholic Georgetown Preparatory School.
In three pages of evidence she says that she met him and at a Washington D.C. house party in 1980 or 1981 and that they were 'joined at the hip'.
'There is no question in my mind that Mark Judge has significant information concerning the conduct of Brett Kavanaugh during the 1980s, especially as it relates to his actions towards women,' she said.
Swetnick, 55, makes detailed claims about Kavanaugh's conduct at 'well over ten house parties' between 1981 and 1983.

'On numerous occasions at these parties, I witnessed Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh drink excessively and engage in highly inappropriate conduct, including being overly aggressive with girls, and not taking "No" for an answer,' she wrote.
'This conduct included the fondling and grabbing of girls without their consent.'
Swetnick alleges that Kavanaugh was a 'mean drunk' and she saw him 'engage in abusive and physically aggressive behavior toward girls'.
That included 'pressing girls against him without their consent, "grinding" against girls, and attempting to remove or shift girls' clothing to expose private body parts.'
He would make 'crude sexual comments' towards girls which she said were 'designed to demean, humiliate and embarrass them', Swetnick charged.
Swetnick says that she saw such conduct at a 'Beach Week' in Ocean City, Maryland - an event which Kavanaugh's calendars, which the Senate Judiciary Committee released Wednesday, show he attended.

Attorney: Michael Avenatti is representing Brett Kavanaugh's third accuser. He also represents Stormy Daniels

Swetnick said she wanted to challenge Kavanaugh's version of his high school years which he put forward in a Fox News interview Monday as 'absolutely false and a lie'.
'I witnessed Brett Kavanaugh consistently engage in excessive drinking and inappropriate contact of a sexual nature with women during the early 1980s,' she alleges.
Swetnick says that she became aware of attempts by Kavanaugh, Judge, and other friends, to spike drinks at parties in 1981 and 1982.
She says she would 'purposely avoid the "punch"' but says she saw Kavanaugh and Judge 'target' girls to take advantage of them.
'It was usually a girl that was especially vulnerable because she was alone at the party or shy,' Swetnick alleges.
She said that boys would get a girl 'inebriated and disoriented so they could then be "gang raped" in a side room or bedroom by a "train" of numerous boys.'
One Wednesday Kavanaugh produced a 1982 calendar containing entries for parties, football games, and a plan to see 'Rocky III' – but does not appear to contain information about a party where a woman claims he assaulted her.
Kavanaugh's calendar, from Northwestern Mutual Audobon Society and running from May through August, contains some scribbles and details of the social life of the Circuit Court Judge and Supreme Court nominee.
He produced it in advance of a blockbuster hearing as evidence that he did not sexually assault Christine Blasey Ford at a high school house party as she has claimed and will testify Thursday.
A May 1 entry says 'Go to Holy Child Party,' a reference to a Catholic school in Potomac, Maryland. It says Kavanaugh will drive.

'He'll answer whatever questions the committee decides to ask him,' lawyer Beth Wilkinson told 'CBS This Morning' about her client, Supreme Court pick Brett Kavanaugh

A week later, it says he was 'grounded.' During an intervening day, an entry says 'cut our lawn.'
Various other entries reference a 'father son dinner,' a haircut, 'BEACH WEEK' written in block letters, beach weekends, and trips to St. Michael's on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
It also lists interviews at Brown and Yale.
Entries on May 20 and 21 say 'Grounded,' but also reference a 'Father-Son dinner' and a haircut, as well as 'Timmy's party' at the beach' – an event it is possible Kavanaugh missed due to being grounded.
There are smudges on entries for May 19, 20, and 21. The May 19 entry, written over a smudge, says 'Nikki comes over?????'
A June entry references a trip to 'Kemper,' a likely reference to the Kemper Open golf tournament in Maryland.
June 16 included a plan to go to 'Grease II' with Suzanne, while a few days earlier, the court nominee getting pummeled with allegations was to 'go to Ricky III w/ Squi, PJ + Dee.' He was also to 'COME HOME FROM THE BEACH.'
A June 25 entry states 'Go to party at boathouse' with 'JC, Squi, + Donny.' The following day, it was off to St. Michael's and a plan to see 'Poltergeist.'
Ford, in her allegation, says she does not remember the exact location or date of the party where the alleged assault occurred.
Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is willing to answer questions under oath about his heavy drinking in high school and college, his lawyer said Wednesday.

Beth Wilkinson, who represents Kavanaugh as he fends off accusations by two named women, said Kavanaugh's acknowledged drinking in no validates the charges being leveled.
'He'll answer whatever questions the committee decides to ask him,' Wilkinson told 'CBS This Morning.'
'But trying to claim that some kind of drinking incident at some other time is indicative of this type of behavior is totally unfair,' she argued.
Christine Blasey Ford will testify Thursday about her allegation Kavanaugh climbed on top of her at a high school party, groped her and tried to take her clothes off while covering her mouth to prevent her from screaming. He vigorously denies it.
Since her claim, a former Yale classmate has written about his heavy drinking while in college. Kavanaugh friend Mark Judge wrote a semi-autobiographical book where a character named 'Bart O'Kavanaugh' vomits in a car.
'If people want to ask him about his drinking ... he admitted that he had beers,' Wilkinson said.
'Like many kids that age in high school and back then, the drinking age was 18 ... he admits that he drank and did something things that he looks back on he says are embarrassing and make you cringe, but that's not what this is about,' the lawyer said.
In fact, the drinking age in Washington, D.C. was 18 for wine and beer during the years in question. However if parties attended by Kavanaugh were in bordering Maryland, where Kavanaugh lived and attended school, the drinking age was 21.
She also extended her defense to college, where another accuser, Debbie Ramirez, has accused Kavanaugh of exposing himself to her at a party. He denies it.

'I think most of us would go back and probably wish we would rewrite our yearbook page,' said Wilkinson. Kavanaugh's calls him a 'Renate Alumnius,' in reference to a classmate, as well as a member of the 'Beach Week Ralph Club' and treasurer of the 'Keg City Club'

Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford will testify

'I think that's true of most people in college. He's admitted that maybe he drank more than he should have on certain occasions. And of course he has his yearbook page. I think most of us would go back and probably wish we would rewrite our yearbook page,' she said.
Wilkinson was referencing a page where Kavanaugh called himself a 'Renate alumnius'
Renate Schroeder Dolphin, who appears to be the woman referenced, told the New York Times she was angry about it upon learning she was the apparent subject of a boast. '“I learned about these yearbook pages only a few days ago,” Dolphin told the paper. 'I don’t know what ‘Renate Alumnus’ actually means. I can’t begin to comprehend what goes through the minds of 17-year-old boys who write such things, but the insinuation is horrible, hurtful and simply untrue. I pray their daughters are never treated this way. I will have no further comment.”
Wilkinson said Kavanaugh didn't know if he was the figure described in Judge's book.
'I have no idea whatMark Judge was doing. My heart goes out to him because he was honest and writing about addiction problems and he has been clean and sober for many years and I don't know anything about him other than he issued a statement – he wrote that book and he issued a statement saying he was accused of being in that room with judge Kavanaugh,' Wilkinson said.
'He said that never happened and that was not like anything he knows about Brett Kavanaugh and that's not consistent with what he knows about his character.' As for the book: 'I don't think he has any idea who Mr. Judge is referring to either,' she said.'
Wilkinson also spoke to CNN about whether or not Kavanaugh ever blacked out – something which could be relevant to whether he recalls incidents being alleged about his past.
'I think he said he did not blackout. He did not say he never drank too many beers. He said that he did. Again, we are talking about 36 years ago. The question was did he blackout drink at that time, and he said no,' she said.
She also discussed Kavanaugh's odd decision to say he was a virgin for 'years' after high school while fending off the assault charge.
'Nobody is claiming that your sexual activity could preclude or proves that you were involved with any kind of sexual assault,' she acknowledged after repeated questions.
Wilkinson also told CBS Ford has not turned over either therapist's notes dealing with her accusations or the results of a lie-detector test.
'They announced that there were notes and there had been a lie detector test but as I understand it, they did not turn any of those over to the Senate committee even though they were requested so the information that would have shown what she said at the very first time when she revealed these allegations have not been turned over to the Senate,' Wilkinson said.
'That's very important because apparently in those notes, there's a differing story about how many people were present at the party, there's no mention of Judge Kavanaugh, and so all that information would be very important to determine whether there's any corroboration of this allegation,' she added.

Not sure when, AGAIN
Not reported to the police, AGAIN
Was intoxicated to the point of being incapacitated, but knows for sure he was there
And, my favorite part, this was a regular thing for them

Their lies are becoming more and more outlandish every day, and there are FUCKING IDIOTS who absolutely believe these unsubstantiated and shallow accusations and think Kavanaugh is guilty

You cannot make such ignorance up

Not one of his accusers will publically take and pass a lie detector test, I'll back up my opinion with money if there are any takers
