Sounds crazy maybe to some people. They just look at it as part of the game. But,will there ever be time when they aren't allowed to kick players out for winning? It seems insane. An illegal bias as far as I am concerned. They want a guaranteed profit. I suppose if they weren't allowed they might not be in business and then options are gone. I don't know. I am always disgusted by sportsbooks refusing bettors or kicking people out for card counting(using your brain to win) or too much success. How is this not illegal in some sense?. Where else would being too good, too smart and too skilled, hurt you like this and be accepted

most places dont actually ban you, they just severely limit the amount of action you can get in. For card counters most places limit the # of hands in a shoe they can get, or force them to flat bet etc. Same thing with alot of sports books, gets your max bet lowered down to $5 etc. As a business in most places, you have a right to refuse service (ie restaurants etc)

Give me 10% vig and I'll take action from all comers.

Smart linesetting should have plenty of losses to match up with winnings.

5% vig on a big churn results in big profit.

These places are private property. You can be kicked for any reason. Your action is to strong for us is extremely valid.

Depends what you are booking. If you're talking NFL sides on Sunday morning then that is mostly correct IMO.

But there are tons of other betting markets that are more exploitable and the books would get crushed if they just let everyone fire whatever they wanted on them.

Can't imagine throwing you out if you're playing at home and card counting? House has advantage and if as has been said...…. Wonder if it's so how the house has in someway programmed a system on what cards are dealt and No-one who set this up has come out for whatever reason and said/showed the players how it was/is set up?

I guess it is a guess or it's always stayed under wraps? This probably sounds crazy also.....

Sportsbooks here in Vegas WILL NOT kick you out, or refuse your action at all...

UNLESS

1: You are doing something illegal
2: You are fraudulently betting (using someone elses account/players card/identity)
3: Misrepresenting yourself as the bettor (pretending you are the better, when all you are doing is betting for someone else ie: Beard)

They wont kick you out for winning. Anyone you says they have been kicked for winning is lying, and committed one of those three things I listed.

That's how it is as far as I know. Guys that you usually hear about getting thrown out is because they were involved in a scam of some kind, but will cry foul. Offshores do it all the time though. The ones that want to do business here will learn that Americans don't tolerate it.

This kind of doesn't make sense. They have rules that while card counting isn't illegal they can kick you out it if they think you are doing it. Once you get identified as a card counter they pretty much ban you. I find it hard to believe that if I walk up into a sportsbook for an entire football season and take them for 500,000 and hit most my plays I doubt they are gonna keep taking the action. Plenty of players are banned for winning. They will claim something else, And sometimes it is doing something like you mentioned. But why wouldn't they when they ban card counters? Nothing illegal about that. And we know that to be true.

Card counting takes away a small part of their advantage, and while not illegal, it is frowned upon. Now with sports, there is no way to really take over any advantage over the "House" as you have no control over the players on the field, and the game is being played and you have no say whatsoever on any part of the game. Whereas in BJ you can hit, stand, etc depending on your count.
