This comes after the report that Bell plans to end his holdout during the Steelers' Week 7 bye, which falls just ahead of the trade deadline. If the Steelers want to compete for a Super Bowl and turn their season around, it would be in their best interest to keep Bell. James Conner has been pretty underwhelming much of the past three weeks.
