GEORGIA SOUTHERN -14 south alabama - South Alabama stays on the road for the 3rd week in a row after getting sissed on 52-7 by Appalachian State. Season is going down the toilet fast. Their defense is yielding 44 ppg. It has gone beyond point of trying to keep games close. They are 1-4 and going nowhere. GA Southern is 3-1 and is undefeated at home..their only loss at Clemson. They beat UMASS by 21...UMASS and South Alabama are about equal in strength. GA Southern had a quality 7 point victory over Arkansas State...a much tougher team than South Alabama. south florida -13.5 UMASS - Lost in the battle of the Florida semi-titans, South Florida is sitting there after a bye week saying, "What are we, wood?". While everyone is raving about UCF, South Florida has quietly gone 4-0. They have beaten Elon by 20 (even though Elon is an FCS team, they are rated higher than UMASS), they beat Georgia Tech by 11, at Illinois by 6 and East Carolina by 7. All of these teams are at least a touchdown better than UMASS. South Florida is rated higher than BC, who beat UMASS by 34. South Florida is rated higher than Georgia Southern, who beat UMASS by 21. South Florida is rated higher than FIU, who beat UMASS by 39. South Florida is at least a touchdown better than Ohio, who beat UMASS by 16.
Against FBS competition, UMASS's defense is giving up an average 48 points per game. One would think that South Florida. South Florida will be the best of the 7 teams UMASS will have played this year...one would think that they will score more than 48 points. Will UMASS score 34 against the Bull defense that is only giving up 21 points per game? Who really thinks that who isn't on some kind of mushrooms?

liberty -4 NMSU - I turned on my TV last night and scanned through the guide. One that was of particular interest was a program titled "Shitshow"...after clicking on it - lo and behold, I was treated to a New Mexico State game. If there was a bigger train wreck than New Mexico State's offense, I haven't seen it yet. They are averaging a whopping 16 points per game. Their only win came in their highest scoring game, against UTEP, that doesn't count as a win. Even though NMSU's record is 1-4, it really should be 0-4 because a win against UTEP shouldn't be allowed to count on anyone's ledger. Now in come's Liberty, averaging 52 points per game in their victories over New Mexico (yes the same New Mexico who defeated NMSU) and Old Dominion. I don't need to know anything else. I'm betting this game. Laying the 4 points on Liberty on the road.
[FONT="]washington -21 UCLA - [/FONT][FONT="]I watched first hand last weekend how Washington completely dismantled BYU...leaving them nothing but a few garbage scraps to chew on. Washington is the Pac 12 team that thinks it should be in the Big 10 or the SEC. BYU had 28 carries for 34 yards. That meant that they had to put their offensive hopes on their skilled QB, Tanner Mangum....Amazingly he, completed 18 of 21 passes...but they were all of the checkdown swallow me up variety. The bottom line is they only ended up with 7 points. This is the same BYU team that posted 24 points on Wisconsin, 18 on Cal and 28 on Arizona...all good defenses...but not nearly as good as Washington's. Here's the rub...when the NCAAF gods were handing out offenses, UCLA must have been at the beach smoking weed. They are averaging only 17 points a game against defenses that aren't as close to being as good as the Huskies (who are only giving up 11 points per game). UCLA's QB isn't good. This isn't Chip's fault...he'll get his offense going...and he'll get some wins...just not this week. Only one team has scored less than 38 points against UCLA this year..., so if Washington scores 39 points that....means UCLA is going to have to score over its average of 17 points to cover. They won't be able to run the ball, their QB isn't good. They won't score more than 10 points. Lay the wood on the Dogs -21...and howl to the window. [/FONT]

People are simply stating the forum rules which is you can ONLY post your record here. Then Gmoney was also stating what others have done in the past that are adament with records from other forums. Just post your picks and write up and wish others good luck.
Why is it so difficult to understand you can't post previous records on other sites, you have to post widely available lines at time of post and be nice to others while they are providing their predictions/thoughts? Is it that difficult to do? If you can't see that or understand this, you actually have no idea what you are doing or just blinded by followers trying to follow. Ex. ) I went and bought NDame at -3 and line now stands at -7, if I posted when line was -3, I am good, but posting it now is a waste of time, because that line is no longer available for forum followers to buy. No one is doubting that people can get that line, but frustrating that posters can understand this concept.
