Three game home stand

Pretty much all must wins. I don't see it happening. Alabama would be the most important but they have to realize they need all 3 to get to the championship game
Georgia
Miss St
Alabama

Who ya got? Think you have to take LSU Similar to Penn St and Ohio St IMO

Now that the line is 7.5, I'll take LSU. I wouldn't be surprised to see Georgia win, but LSU getting more than a TD at home is a play for me.

A bit disappointing it is not a night game. Would have been better

I agree exploited, those night games in " Cajun Country" are very special, especially when the moon is full; Word has it many of the locals in Baton Rouge won't go near the local cemeteries at night...............Voodoo.

How is LSU on the injury front? Specifically defensively?

LSU gets their best two defensive players back (did not play at UF)......Georgia loses two starters on the OL.

LSU has a good chance to win this game but I will gladly take the 7.5 for insurance. This will be one of the few plays I make this weekend.

Kindley may be back for UGA. UGA has been without Cleveland since the Mizzou game. Think they will be ok there.

LSU is really thin on Oline. Left guard is still out. LT came back at Florida but was pretty rusty. Another week should help him. LSU is still missing the OLB. He is a big time playmaker for them. It justs adds pressure to White to make plays. He is more than capable of doing but they are a different D when and if the OLB comes back.

UGA has not been tested thus far. They are extremely young but loaded with depth. Almost no one gets more than 40 snaps a game. It will be tough for LSU to hold up over 4 qrtrs although the cooler weather will help.

LSU just played a physical game and was extremely hot. Could also play into the late 3rd and 4th qrtrs.

1st H LSU will get a look from me. Maybe the under as well. LSU will not score 20 pts. They need to slow the game and limit possessions or they are in trouble. The only way they can possibly win imo is getting turnovers. If they can steal 3 turnovers, then they could win. Problem is Fromm and crew are usually very efficient and do not turn it over.

If you like LSU, then it has to be 1st H. If you like UGA, then it has to be the game.

I've played LSU a lot this year and have had mixed results. This game is tough for me. If it was 7.5, then I'd probably take LSU. If not, I'd probably stay away.

I was way off on the LSU-Florida game last week so I plan to be careful this week.....I have a tendency to under-estimate "inertia" in high profile Southeastern Conference football games, especially generated by home teams in front of raucous (rabid) fans (i.e.) Florida last week.

Just when you think the tires of a team have been deflated the week-prior, they come out steaming and knock off a highly favored team such as a Georgia. That LSU quarterback definitely needs to re-group for LSU to score.

Pete, do you think the LSU defense can match-up against Georgia's that would allow the game to be kept close ?

Yes I do. As I said, LSU gets two of its best defensive players back this week. They will pressure Fromm the entire game and the stadium is going to be at capacity with fans that take pride in generating a difficult environment.

This line should be 3 or 4. No reason for Dawgs to be a 7.5 pt fav (actually opened at 8.5). The linesmakers opened this line above a td for a reason imo. LSU now a public dog, getting over 60% of the bets at multiple outs? Dawgs roll by 14 or more.

This will be a great football game to watch unfold.......You don't have to be a Bulldog or Bengal Tiger fan to watch a typical Southeaster Conference mid-season match-up like this one to enjoy, whether you have a "friendly wager" on the game or not.

Good luck LSU Pete........
