Did Vegas Dave really take 5dimes for $1.4 mil on Sat?

Anyone know if this guy is legit or not? He posts his winning tickets on Instagram and it shows him beating 5 dimes for $1.4 million dollars on Saturday alone. Also winning 300 k on Friday.

Claims his Whale plays are 39-3 this month. I've seen lots of scams in the tout business but I dont see anyone calling him out on this. Wouldn't 5 dimes have backed him off by now if he was really winning?
