if your trying to compare them of being the same,well you could not be more wrong.Russell was a head case and also could not read defenses.Mahomes is smart and as he goes on he will gain more and more experience,but he is no Russell

I guess it's funny to think about it, but in the same sense I'm 100% that you won't find a person that thinks he would wind up like Russell

If he stays healthy, he has a huge future in the NFL. But it's still very early to really know

Maholmes is the best pure talent that I've ever seen come along. He needs to stay healthy, keep his head on straight, grow as a leader, learn to make proper decisions, and know what to do, when, a la Brady. If he can do all that and his career has longevity I think he'll be the GOAT. Those are HUGE ifs.

Damn, that kid is talented.

Cam only threw 21 TDs his rookie year and 17 picks. He had an absurd amount of rushing tds (14)

Mahommes 18 passing tds compared to 4 interceptions and only through week 6

Also I don't quite understand the comparison. It's not like Cam is a bust

Why do you always insist on twisting ppls words or putting words in their mouth?

The point is it takes much more than a few games or 1 season to gauge a player...

I was really impressed with the guy last night. I feel like we see Andy Reid teams to this at this juncture in the season, so we definitely have to acknowledge the surroundings Mahomes has. But the guy has a bright future, there's no doubt about it. He's gonna be a household name for a while, as long as stays healthy.

What a fun game last night.
