Four hecklers were filmed yelling at Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell at a Louisville restaurant as he was dining with his wife - with one of them shouting ‘Why don’t you get out of here? Why don’t you leave the entire country?’
The incident took place on Friday night at Havana Rumba, where four men were seen confronting the Kentucky Republican while he was having dinner with his wife, Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao.
Before the incident was captured on amateur cell phone video, one of the men slammed his fists on McConnell’s table, grabbed his doggie bag, and threw the food out of the restaurant, according to TMZ.

The Majority Leader appeared unfazed, according to witnesses. He continued dining and then left.
As he was leaving, he shook hands with a number of his supporters, witnesses told TMZ.
McConnell spokesman David Popp said in a statement: 'The Leader and Sec. Chao enjoyed their meal in Louisville last night and they appreciate those who spoke up against incivility.
'They hope other patrons weren't too inconvenienced by left-wing tantrums. As the Leader often says, the Senate will not be intimidated by the antics of far-left protestors.'
This is the third time in recent months that McConnell has been accosted by furious protesters in public.

The powerful Republican senator was having lunch in Louisville with a state legislator when a group of activists approached him and shouted ‘Abolish ICE.’
‘Where are the children?’ Where are the babies, Mitch?’ a protester yelled toward the Senate Majority Leader.
In June, Chao furiously defended her husband in a shouting match with immigration protesters who confronted them as they left an event at Georgetown University.
The Department of Transportation Secretary and the Senate Majority Leader were approached by students as they made their way to their car outside the Copley Formal Lounge on the university campus in Washington, DC.
'Why are you separating families, huh? Why are you separating families?' one of the group asked the couple as they made their way to their car, referencing migrant parents detained away from their children at the US-Mexico border.
'Why don't you leave my husband alone? Why don't you leave my husband alone?' Chao responded.
One of the protesters also played an audio recording, published by ProPublica, in which children taken from their parents can be heard crying.
As the demonstrators continued to question why McConnell was separating families, Chao shouted: 'He is not!'
Raising her voice, she added: 'You leave him alone! You leave my husband alone!'

McConnell wasn't the only senior politico to be confronted by angry opponents in recent days.
Nancy Pelosi was hassled by an angry mob of anti-communists Wednesday outside a building in South Florida where one of her campaign events had been held.
The House Minority Leader was making her way into a meeting with fellow Democratic leaders when she was met with protesters who fired expletives her way and demanded she get out of Miami.
The conservative protesters held up signs that said things like 'Pelosi is a communist' and 'No communists!' as they swarmed the politician when she approached the entrance.
One male protester shouted out: 'Look at Nancy Pelosi right here... look at this piece of sh*t right here... look at this piece of sh*t!
'F***ing communist! You don't belong here, you f***ing communist. Get the f*** out of here!'
He continued in the fiery rant: 'F*** you and your f***ing Democrats.'
The mob of protesters banged on the door and demanded it be opened after she entered the building.
The group shouted out: 'Socialism sucks! Socialism sucks! Socialism sucks!'
In June, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was harassed and booted from a Virginia restaurant by the owners.
The public harassment against Republicans was encouraged by Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters in late June.
Waters said in a statement: 'Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd.
'And you push back on them... you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere. We've got to get the children connected to their parents.'
