I'm strongly considering never playing SEASON LONG fantasy football again.

Anyone else feel this way about season long fantasy? Seems like it's almost all luck..

can def be frustrating if you have a lot of bad luck. A few season ago my first 4 draft picks got hurt. If your team sucks it can be a really long miserable year because it's not like it just goes away

Not only that, in head2head you keep facing teams that are raking. Injuries, bad timing etc.

that's why i like focusing on total points over head to head. Takes a lot of the luck out of it

I'm in second in a league and played the last place guy yesterday. He had the game of his life and beat me in head to head even I scored the third most points in the league for the week. Fortunately because my league focuses mainly on total points I am still in second place after the loss.

Head to head is the way to go. The game is supposed to replicate actual things that happen in the NFL. We all know that it takes a really good and focused team to even approach 16-0. Upsets happen in the real NFL and unless you have a truly dominant team, upsets will, and should, happen in FF.

Total points means nothing in the NFL. It shouldn't.

In fantasy you aren't really facing the other team and therefore have no control over how they perform (when in real nfl you are defending that team)

I played in a head to head league where I finished 10th in points and was the #2 seed in the playoffs because I got lucky on who I faced every single week.

I am in 1 league where the last 2 weeks, I have lost within 10 secs left of MNF (devante Adams catch and OBJ garbage time TD)

in my other league, I am constantly bothered at work with texts and trade offers when i’m Busy

ugh

Greenbacks that’s the best answer ever. If I told my buddies that I’d really piss them off

Fish definitely better off with sports betting. I always tell them that.

Make 1000 bets, win 500, lose 500. Get that entertainment, lose 4.55% over time. 2-4% if you can find reduced juice.

You enjoyed the game, the books got paid. Rinse, repeat.
