Purdue +2.5 at Michigan State

I know, I know. You are a smart gambler and see a letdown in this one for the Boilers after a huge upset against OSU. Well, that is evened out by the same letdown expectation of MSU post Michigan.

MSU has been unimpressive at home this year going 2-2 with those two wins being close against Utah St. and Central Mich. Meanwhile Purdue is 2-0 on the road, both being conference games aganst the lower part of the Big 10.

Two teams going in different directions with Purdue on a 4 games winning streak (2 againt top 25 opponents) and msu 2-2 including a home loss to northwestern. Purdue is being undervalued here as everyone still remembers their 3 game losing streak to start the season. Lowest output during their streak is 30 points with the other three in the 40s. I think MSU defense will be game and hold them to 28. Is MSU going to score 31? I don't believe so.

Purdue gets the straight up victory.

Purdue can run it with Knox or 5hrow it to Moore and beat you. Tough to stop either one, let alone both . They are better than Ohio State. Should be a great game vs Iowa. Agree that MSU can never keep up with them.

Either a let down of Purdue or they capable of kicking the shiet out of the underachieving Spartans....I like the latter.

like I said, if you play the let down factor than you also have to assume a let down by MSU the week after Michigan, their biggest rival

Michigan State's d came to play. Still, a missed easy field goal in the last two minutes from taking that game to OT, where I think Purdue had the momentum.

but you want to know what really pissed me off this weekend? I bought that game to 3. MSU was killing time at the end and the stupid running back decides to cut all away across the field rather than doing the correct thing and going down resulting in a very late cover by MSU. Then, in a nearly identical situation the next day Gurley goes down rather than walking into the end zone. Those are the kind of weekends that make you think maybe God doesn't like you.
