Hey gang,
Taking a family vacation to Aruba this May. Flying from San Francisco to Aruba. However we have an 11hr layover in MIA. Arrive at 6am. with connecting flight at 5:30pm.
It's a stupid question but are we able to leave the airport? Can't imagine sitting at an airport for 11hrs. I know where behind security and have possible custom's to deal with.
But can we leave and come back thru security? I've done layover before between 2 - 5 hrs but I've never left the airport. Nor have I asked.
