Had Verizon for years until one day they did something terrible (long story) and switched to Sprint almost 4 years ago. Price has been alot cheaper but service has not been very good.

Who do you use and do they provide good coverage?

Is Verizon the ONLY choice if I want good coverage?

Is US Cellular any good? T Mobile? etc?

I've had Sprint, AT&T and Verizon and at least in Nebraska Verizon has the best coverage hands down

Verizon, won't change, no issues but not cheap

Coast to coast, I don't think there's a better option. Locally? maybe

Had Sprint since Nextel phones. (A long time)

Finally got tired the of paying $275 monthly for 3 lines, and now have much better service at Cricket with 4 lines unlimited data for $100.

I have T-Mobile, the problem is the multiple dead areas where the internet doesn't work. I eat at Brookfield Place a couple times a month in NYC, it is near the Freedom Tower. I like to walk along the Hudson river after lunch. I try to listen to sports stations using the Radio.com app on my iPhone. It fails. I get one bar. Even along West Street the service doesn't work. Why T-Mobile doesn't have enough towers or relays in this area is baffling. It's the heart of the business and financial district. Another dead area is around 53rd-47th and sixth avenue. This is inexcusable. I contacted T-Mobile and told them. I realize with all the tall buildings the phone can fail but I see other people browsing and I know they are using AT&T or Verizon. Even in Central Park near 59th the service has problems. Because the price is so low. I'm on two lines and with the senior discount it only cost me $35 a line for unlimited everything I can't switch. It's also poor on the trains and subways. The only thing I can say is T-Mobile has improved over the last couple of years. If price is no object I would probably go with Verizon.

Cricket seems like a good deal, but assumed service not very good. Good service on calls?

I have been anal raped by ATT most of my adult life (fuck you Verizon too) - I eventually decided to go over my bills this fall - they would only let me go back 15 months at ATT - I was averaging about $600 per month for 4 lines - so I looked into Cricket - only to realize Cricket is ATT - they are using ATT lines - there is no difference - I now pay $70 per month for 2 lines - not $102.95 after Pelosi and Obama run their skim over my bill but $70 - one line is $40 TOTAL per month - so walk into Cricket and tell these cell companies to eat a dick

I'm pretty sure I'll be Verizon for life. I had both Sprint and AT&T previously and had nothing but dropped calls in the SF Bay Area. Switched to Verizon and haven't had one. And that's from two locales as I live in Texas now (nor did I get a dropped call on the 1700 mile drive). Price is outstanding. Unlimited data for both phones and we pay $89.

I have 7 lines with Sprint and the monthly billy comes to $360 a month...that's unlimited text/talk but only 15g of data. More data would be nice, but I refuse to pay much more than I am paying now for cell service, just not worth it to me.

I am not sure I understand Cricket, just went to their website and IF I understand it correctly, it is only $100/month for 4 lines of unlimited everything, but you must pay for new phone upfront, is that right? Does not matter to me within reason what phone I have, I always pick one of the cheaper ones, but the other 6 lines always want I PHONES...annoying.

I had ATT and a Galaxy 8 phone - they just put a new sim card in and that's that - it was instant - the pain and suffering was gone

I have T-Mobile and it sucks. I can't make calls inside my own house many times (I live in a very big city, so no excuse for it). But, I'm on a family plan w/ my sister and I pay $30/month. So, I'll take shitty service for the low bill.

I suppose it depends where you live but not one single problem ever and far better service than Sprint where I dropped calls or had bad reception often.

Data/internet better as well.

With sprint i couldnt get internet inside many buildings but no issues with Cricket which I believe runs off of AT&T...
