Many people enjoy celebrating Halloween, it’s a fun day when both kids and adults get to wear costumes and exploit their creativity.
This year as usual, shopping centers, hotels and bars join in and prepare different activities, here we leave you with a list of some options to enjoy with your family or with friends:
Kids Activities:
San Pedro Mall: Children are invited to trick or treat throughout the three floors of this mall in an activity planned for Saturday, October 27 starting at 2 p.m.
Avenida Escazu: With the activity Avenue’s Monster Party, children can show off their best costumes and have fun in the different games that are planned which include inflatable playgrounds, scary balloons and face paint. Kids 12 and up can also enjoy the Avenida del Terror (Horror Avenue) from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Plaza 205 (Pumpkin Plaza). Activities for the younger kids begin at 1 p.m. and extend through 6 p.m. both Saturday, October 27 and Sunday, October 28. The Residence Inn Hotel located at Avenida Escazu is also hosting a “Costume Lunch” on Saturday, October 27 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. lunch includes a special spooky buffet menu for children.
Terrazas Lindora: Activities specially designed for the little ones from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. this Saturday, October 27, trick or treat tour, photobooth, Halloween show, among others.
City Place Santa Ana: Trick or Treating begins Sunday, October 28 at 4 p.m.
Escazu Village: “The Magical Village”, activities begin at 2 p.m. and closes at 5 p.m. with a one hour magic show.
Go & Play: Located in the road to Ciudad Colon, Go & Play will have a Halloween Neon Party on Wednesday, October 31st from 4 p.m. through 7 p.m.

Movie Theater: If you like horror movies, the film Halloween is showing at the main theaters in Costa Rica as well as Leatherface.
8ctavo Rooftop: Halloween Circus will take place October 31st with prizes for the three best costumes.
