id say howard but only slightly. i like fitzpatrick coming back and even though sutton should get more touches with thomas being gone i dont know how he would do with an increased workload. he is a big reciever but still only has 17 catches thus far this season. i think howard is more of a matchup problem and since i can see the bucs throwing more often he should get the looks.
