He signed a 10 year deal.....these last days in Oakland mean nothing. It's all about Vegas. That's the focus is building for the future and cleaning house. This team is all Del Rio players and Gruden wants to start from scratch. I didn't see it this bad though thought they'd be a little more competitive this is atrocious which tells this team is in more turmoil than we think. Seems ever since that Week 1 2nd half collapse vs the Rams they've got spiraling down. But yea this team is lifeless right now and it's totally clear they are building for the "Vegas" future racking up draft picks and trading star players. Gruden will have the last laugh in the end
