Actor Alec Baldwin has been arrested in New York City after allegedly punching someone in a dispute over a parking spot on Friday.
Baldwin, who portrays President Donald Trump on NBC's Saturday Night Live, was arrested by members of the New York Police Department's 6th Precinct.
The parking dispute occurred on East 10th Street, police sources told New York 1.
Baldwin lives in a multi-million dollar penthouse on the same street with his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, and their four young children.
A witness said that Baldwin yelled, 'F*** off' during the fight, during an interview while DailyMail.com was at the scene shortly following the incident.
'He was minding his business and all of a sudden, [Baldwin] just punched him,' the witness said.
DailyMail.com reached out to Baldwin's team, as well as ABC for a comment.
Baldwin's new show, The Alec Baldwin Show, premiered on ABC on October 14.

DailyMail.com was at the scene after the incident and captured audio of an eye witness being interviewed.
'He said, "Shut the f*** up" and all that. Ya know, he angry. He got all that money ma. What are you so angry for?' the witness said.
'They took him in the cop car.'
The witness said he told Baldwin to calm down, as the actor was talking to the person he was fighting over the parking spot with.
'He was like, "Yo, what do you think you're doing, man? Don't you see me parking here?"' the witness said.
'He was minding his business and all of a sudden, [Baldwin] just punched him,' the witness said.
The witness said he didn't think the other person involved in the fight knew that it was Baldwin who punched him.

I used to like Alec Baldwin when he first came out. Good acting and good movies. Once he became so damn political and outspoken his talent fell and his roles became shittier and shittier. But then again, Hollywood has gotten shittier and shittier as well. Baldwin is nothing but a sickening liberal activist now. Really not an actor anymore.

Regardless of how America’s political fortunes shift and turn tonight, at least there’s one thing we can collectively hold on to: Alec Baldwin is having a pretty lousy evening, too. Variety reports this evening that Baldwin’s ABC talk show has just been unceremoniously dumped from its place of pride on the network’s Sunday night schedule, where it will now be replaced by reruns of Shark Tank—because America would rather watch Mr. Wonderful turn down the inventor of edible cellphones twice, than watch Alec Baldwin talk to famous people even once. Baldwin’s show will instead air on Saturday nights, that blasted wasteland where only America’s most dateless of shut-ins are likely to have their TVs on, and even then, probably only by accident.
And while the polarization and divisiveness of 2018 America is undeniable at this point, there’s still something kind of beautiful in how we can allcome together to not watch The Alec Baldwin Show, which has quickly distinguished itself as one of the least-watched programs on the ABC schedule. (Also, it has a 0 percent freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes, so it’s not like this is a little-seen critical darling, either.) Who can say why? Maybe it’s Baldwin’s personality, and the persistent worry that he might battle us over a parking spot, or dub us“a rude, thoughtless little pig.” Maybe people just don’t want to watch a late-night talk show during prime time hours. Maybe we’re all just thoroughly fucking sick of Ricky Gervais.

Far-left actor Alec Baldwin smeared millions of Americans, declaring that anyone intending to vote for President Donald Trump in this year’s presidential election must suffer from a mental illness.
The Saturday Night Live star claimed that President Trump had gained unprecedented control over government institutions and therefore people must be crazy to vote for him.
“Trump has reached for, and nearly gained, a control of the federal [government] unrivaled by other Presidents,” Baldwin said. “He fired huge numbers of [government] professionals. He steamrolled the Congress, whenever possible. And now this. If you vote for Trump again, you are mentally ill.”

It is not the first time that Baldwin has ripped into Americans who support the president. In January, he argued that Trump supporters were responsible for the “desecration” of American democracy as well as the “near moral collapse of this country.”
Last July, the 62-year-old also claimed that most foreigners believe that a “mass of Americans are outright racists” because of their support for Trump. Later that month, the Boss Baby actor also accused Trump supporters of having “swallowed the poison pills of racist hatred, election fraud, a revolving door of semi-competent or outright awful appointees” because money is all they really care about.
With regard to President Trump, Baldwin recently compared his rise to power to that of Nazi leader Adolf Hitler. “You wonder how Hitler took control of a once great country,” Baldwin wrote in February. “For those of you too young to recall the War or its aftermath, simply watch how this GOP-controlled Senate behaves. Their sniveling fealty and lack of courage. And you begin to get it.”
