Noticing some odd line moves. Teams getting the money and the line going the other way. Ohio St as an example. Line going down even though apparently most are on them. I seem to see everyone on Nebraska though. But this isn't the only game. 77% on La Tech yet the line is going up. Anyone ever track these type of things?

77% of the money or 77% of the action?

I think it is just wagers. But when it is that high usually the money is on that side too.

I agree they arent accurate and I just use sites like those to get an idea of where lines may fall. A lot of times I'll see line moves on those sites and takes a minute or two for my book to adjust so I'm able to get favorable lines at times.

It’s called Reverse Line Movement (RLM). Interpretation would be that Vegas bookmakers feel comfortable with their positions on Nebraska and Mississippi St.

Correct. More tickets on one side but more money on the other causing the line to move the other way. Pretty strong in NFL used to be gold in college but not as much now. Still a good indicator of which side to follow...

Yes, I noticed this a lot. An educated guess would be that it hits around 70% of the time. As 3point said, it's huge in NFL. I noticed this when the Broncos went and visited the Jets and RLM was screaming fishyness. Played Jets Jets Jets. Rest is history.

Call me crazy but when you're in the 83% range on one team (OSU) I would venture to say that action and money become one in the same. I cant imagine that 17% of whatever the money is, is swaying the money and causing RLM on 83%.... No way Jose. Take Nebraska + points.
