So many good fights they could make with him.

Not sure what goes on with all the BS behind the scenes, but we need to see him fight.

UFC the heavy weight class is a shit show, it needs Cain to come back; with Daniel Cormier claiming he wouldn't grant Jones a shot at reclaiming the light-heavyweight title untill after he beats Alexander Gustafsson in December. Post USADA Brock Lesnar has no business being in a top 10 UFC fight. Where the fuck is the Stipe Miocic rematch after he was clearly poked in the eye. I actually want to see Jones fight Brock, just to end Brocks career. Who is left Curtis Blaydes, i'm not paying one cent to see him fight.

UFC is in serious talks to book Cain vs. Francis Ngannou as the main event for UFC Phoenix on Feb. 17, according to multiple sources. The fight isn't finalized just yet, but is currently moving in the right direction.

Good report.

Interesting to see the lines on this. Ngannou has never lost ITD. I think only 2 of 16 fights went the distance with Cain.

Will be interesting to see if Ngannou can catch him with just one shot.

Cain is a straight forward type fighter with not a ton of footwork and movement. Stipe was a perfect matchup for Ngannou. He moved around alot....used footwork and speed to tire him out a bit and make it hard for him to hit Then set him up for the takedowns as he was no longer at 100% cardio wise. Blaydes was not that kind of fighter. Better wrestler but couldn't stop the early onslaught by avoiding the punches with movement. Can Cains straight forward style do that? Should be interesting. He can't hesitate if he moves forward. Throw punches and immediately duck under for a takedown. Hoping Ngannou breaks his face

A well respected Mexican newspaper says they have confirmed with people close to Cain that he is indeed fighting Ngannou at UFC Phoenix

I don't get what you think is so funny, Milenio is a major national newspaper in Mexico.

Back to the topic at hand.... incredibly excited about this blockbuster fight.

Can't find odds. Anybody got the odds? It's gotta be like Cain -250 or so, right? Honestly don't know where they'd put the number at.
