I've researched it a little. Looks to be profitable in the right location.

Lived by a couple houses where some illegals turned an empty house into their own illegal BnB. Straight up squatted there and lived there. Had this viscious pitbull that was raised like a savage in the wild. If that thing every got out into the street, it would've mauled every person it came in contact.

my sister has a very successful one and we manage one here at the beach for a guy. the problem truly is that at this point its saturated with people doing it and it can be a lot of work. people tend to not be respectful of other peoples things which can be infuriating. if your gonna have anything in the air bnb, dont have it or any significance to you. its a lot to manage considering people constantly coming and going at random days of the week. my sisters and the one we manage are separate from the living spaces of the house so you dont have to interact with the guests, which if you considering i think would be the best. i wouldnt recommend air bnb for someone with an extra room, id say just get a roommate if you wanted extra income. it is not easy and should be viewed as another job. you can look into a cleaning crew to come in after people enter but because people coming and going are always inconsistent you will find yourself doing it more often because finding a cleaner who is flexible is impossible. a lot of people book last minute as well, so you need to pretty much always have it ready....the majority of people use it for 1 night or maybe 2 so your cleaning a lot more than you would want to

Good info. It would be a 4 bedroom 4 bath house in a tourist town in Ohio. We'd live on property. Ive been researching it. Seems very doable and profitable from what I've researched

Can I send you some money to pay for vitterd to stay two nights at your Bnb?

Would be hilarious. I can just imagine him shitting on the floor and rolling around in it..... and using it as some kind of prostitution motel to sell his blow jobs.
