Really? A clown makes people laugh, a joke makes people laugh, so I’d say they are similar. Now if he had use the word loser, then your post might be valid. But calling him a joke or a clown is basically the same thing.

what I mean is I agree with those that say he doesn't always act the way he should, but I would rather have a Doctor (Trump) with bad bedside manner cure me than a Doctor (Obama) with good bedside manner cause me more pain or death. Do I wish Trump had better "bedside manner"? Yes sometimes I do. Is he doing a great job as President? Yes he is.
