Wow. Not sure where to start. I was just going to write a few lines, but then........ And you did invite comments.

1. TB is second in the NFL in offense, only 0.3 yds per game behind the rams. Thats 1 foot. Rams 447.1, TB 446.8. Wash is 25th.

2. TB's +/- is not -46. its -21. Horrible, but JW was giving the ball away, so often it was other worldly. I believe he was -10 over a 3 week stretch. Fitzpatrick, had 1 bad game but has been pretty solid. You talk about the difference in the 2 teams records. Yet both are 1 made/missed fg from being 4-4. Wash being 2-1 ats on the road. But that included woeful NYG and Ariz. TB is 1-2 ats at home, but that included Phil and Pit.

You glossed over a pretty horrific cluster injury, involving both guards and the center for Was. Could be pretty tough to run AP with a markedly diminished O line. I don't feel this game is a play. But if I had a gun to my head, I'd go the other way.....and nail Jameis to the bench no matter what Fitz does.

I like Sea +10, NE-6.5, and (if Mack plays) Chi -6.5. Further down I'm also looking at N.O. and Phil. Tough time of year. Trap games, tanking, injuries etc.

Last week was the worst week for the house in quite some time. We tend to think of the NFL as the league of parity with each game decided late in the 4th Q. Last week there were 13 NFL games (6 byes), and 7 were decided by 14 or more points. From my notes these were the margins 32, 27, 18, 15, 14, 14, 14 and 10 points.

I mention this, only because maybe its time to rethink our hesitancy to spot teams 7 or more. Maybe the new emphasis on offense, makes 7 the new 3.

BOL 2 all! :toast:

Mack shouldn't be the reason you play or pass on Chicago.
