Bad teams have proven they are bad and thus are home dogs and often can't cover. On the other hand proven good teams are road favorites and they are finding their stride and they can cover. Early in the year you had more situations of equal or better home teams being dogs that shoudn't have been. Packers at home to Vikings. Redskins at home vs Packers. Tenn at home vs Houston and so on. The ones that are still covering tend to be the ones like Carolina as a dog to Baltimore(lol)But the teams are more figured out now. Tougher to take advantage of the home dog. Need to be much more picky.
