According to sources (you hear that all of the time in the news when stories are considered FAKE NEWS)

If Monday night’s game is played in Mexico City, a number of Rams and Chiefs players are now strongly considering not playing in that game on that messy surface, per sources. “It’s not fair to risk our health,” one prominent player said today.

Rams are currently -2.5. Line should go up with the home field advantage

From another source....Kevin Hennessy on Chiefs-Rams #MNF move from Mexico City to Los Angeles: "Any bets made on game (thinking it was at neutral site) will be void and we will create new market. The new line will move 1 point in favor of L.A., to -3.5."
