On 4th and 2 with one timeout and 4 minutes left......

One of the worst coaching decisions I've seen in a long time

Only 1 time out, playing like shit on defense. Yeah you have to go for that there. They had no business not picking up a first down there in the first place but yeah. Even though 4 minutes left, you have to go for it.

Damn this Packers team finding so many ways to lose this season. That Rams game was brutal. they could've given them their first loss. So many examples of bad coaching and bad executing. BLunder after blunder. Rodgers needs to get out while he has a little left in the tank.

Oh well..

Absolutely amazing that bone head has kept his job for over a decade, he has 1-2, if not more, of these moments a week. Who knows what the Pack could have done over the years with even average coaching.

That was the worse decision since two minutes earlier when he didn't challenge the catch that got SEA in the redzone and he probably didn't do that because they wasted two timeouts in the 2H.

Someone in their booth had to see it was worth a challenge . That was a huge gain

He’s been a stone moron for awhile.

Gotta be sub 90 IQ type. Rodgers should threaten to retire if he’s back next year.

If you have watched every packer game like I have unfortunately...they simply play to lose every week. They never capitalize when they have the ball to take charge of a game...they simply wait and wait and wait til they get behind again...then they try to win it at the last minute.

Packers should have won that game by about 14 points.

They haven't had a true coach since Mike Holmgren.

This and I don't agree with the other call that they said was a catch
because always thought with a " Football move " you need to have control of the ball the whole time. He clearly didn't have that the whole time.
But I'm not an expert .... all I know is I've seen that call stand before.

Yeah that was a weird call I thought also...the ball was moving basically the whole time and then he lost it...that turned into a huge call in the end.

But still if Packers didn't play to lose they would have been up by at lest 2 score at that point.

This will be McCarthy's last season. Thirteen years is enough for any coach on any team, unless you are Bill Belichick. Message gets old, and his outdated offensive schemes don't get it done anymore. That said, Aaron Rodgers is not without any blame. TV announcers and commentators still are ga-ga over the guy, but he has had an average season for him. He wastes timeouts, holds onto the ball too long and his short-range accuracy has been atrocious. Maybe because of his knee injury, but he fails to step into passes many times. If the Packers had a young innovative offensive coordinator, Adams would be a top-3 receiver. Now teams double-team him and they can't get him open, which angers Rodgers. But the $92-million QB is not without a few warts himself.

I get your point but Adams did have around 160 yards receiving last night and Rodgers does have 19 tds to 1 int on the year(might be the greatest td to int ratio in the history of football). But yeah he is also at fault for not putting away games when given a chance. He had many chances against the rams and last night and blew them all...

Do I need to bump that thread I made on that walking bovine of a coach they have at Green Bay?

I said the same for the Pitt coach. Luckily he has Big Ben. W/o Big Ben he gets MAX! 8 wins a year. Big Ben maybe got 4 years left? Pitt coach is very young. If he doesn't retire, it will be hilarious to watch him coach his new team into the ground.... unless he wins the lotto again and gets another HOF'er at QB.

No man. GB coach is terrible but Steelers coach is alright. I have to disagree with you there. Plus the players like him which is important. They play for him.
