For Bookmaker's payout policy, the time of your withdrawal request is what they use for the bitcoin payout. Everytime I've been paid it out they wait until the price of bitcoin drops before my payout. Sometimes it take 3 hours, sometimes 5 hours. But it seems that they wait until the price of bitcoin drops then "approve" the withdrawal. Has anyone else noticed this?
