[h=3]Washington Redskins at Philadelphia Eagles (-6)[/h]Total: 45
PickCenter public consensus pick: 54 percent picked Philadelphia

Sharp: This is a must-win for both teams if either wants a shot at making the playoffs. The Redskins have the rest advantage, having most recently played last Thursday during the day, and then not against until Monday night. That will give Colt McCoy more time to prepare for the Eagles' injury-ravaged secondary.

With a week to prepare, Drew Brees put up just 4.5 yards per pass and 127 total yards against Dallas; with just three days to prepare, McCoy was 24-of-38 for 7.1 YPP, 268 total yards and a 51 percent success rate on his passes. Washington will get the services back of key receiving back Chris Thompson and slot WR Jamison Crowder. Both are huge edges for a QB without as much experience. I think this is a very close game and there is still value on the Redskins.

Pick: Redskins +6

Johnson: My projection for this game is Eagles -7.3 with a total of 43.8. As much grief as we all give Alex Smith for being such a risk-averse quarterback, it was this style of football that kept Washington in multiple close games this season, relying on a defense that ranks fourth in the NFL in takeaways. If the Redskins could eliminate mistakes, then their opponents would eventually make them and offer opportunities to capitalize.

McCoy certainly gutted it out on Thanksgiving, but he wasn't able to take care of the football the way Smith can. He threw three interceptions and fumbled once. I'm not sure we have any reason to trust McCoy in Philadelphia's cold and wind Monday night against a superior team still vying for a division crown in the NFC East. I made a half-sized wager on the Eagles at -6, and would add more to my bet sizing if this were to drop below -6.

Pick: Eagles -6
