Tonight if you watched the game and didn't jump all over the Eagles 2nd Half (-4.5) or even go with the Eagles live after the Peterson TD you wasted a golden opportunity.
It was the perfect storm McCoy gets hurt and a rusty mediocre QB takes over and on his first play hands off for a 90 plus yd TD. That kept the line down as did a lucky FG prior to Halftime. There is no way Mark Sanchez leads the skins to many points so Eagles -4.5 was such a sure thing it was like free money.

i slammed live from the Linc was down there once Sanchez handed that ball off to AD for 90.. got -3.5 was still considering 2h but decided to just ride that out w.e easy to always say after the fact but eagles should have really won by much more

This Free Money post was just acknowledging the fact you could see what was coming at halftime. It wasn't to alert anyone, if you couldn't figure that out just from watching my mentioning it wouldn't influence you.

Funny you say that............me and my buddy smashed that +550 line!!! That was fun to watch. We were going crazy. Cuz we had the OVER originally for big, and then that comeback just was sprinkling on the cake.

Damn I just looked at your posts relating to picks Sunday & BB on Tue. How do you come off trying to criticize me when:
First you ignore the fact I posted a halftime pick at halftime in a different post then try to make it sound like my comment was a post game pick when it was just a comment.
Second I see your record in the time frame I checked is 1-6 so why do you feel the need to falsely attack me?
Do you see me commenting that you should start making your picks after the games?

Hindsight is always 20/20. Guess you missed a "golden opportunity" then. If you knew it was a sure thing then why only buy out of your game bet? If it was me and if I thought it was a superior play then I would unload a GOY type wager on it. I think thats the issue that some of the other posters have a problem with.

Buying out at halftime = I’m betting enough to cover my losses so I can’t win and can’t lose. That does not equal “I’m going huge in the other direction.”

Not to jump in the middle of a shit storm, but I've always looked at buying out as just betting the other side with enough money to break even or and/or lose a little bit of juice to limit losses.

This is too much talk over a silly issue, I just don't like being accused of things like coming up with the idea after the game and all the cute I'm going to bet it now comments. Especially when the post I put in after the game was merely an observation.
As for actual cash values yes the buy out was for enough to cover the original bet plus vig and a little profit. The original wager was $500 so I bought back $600 now just because I didn't make tons doesn't take away the fact it was $600 which wiped out what would have been a $550 loss. To me you don't often get a chance to erase a big loss and turn a little profit and I call that free money
