They and BetPop have been trending down in terms of customer service and promos for the past couple years. Re: the contests...forever you clicked on the links at the bottom of the page, but last week they were gone. You now have to click on the top bar in blue for "MORE" and you can select what you want. Who knows why they made the change, but every change made over the past 24 months has been bad for the customer.
Following up on the initial post I agree Youwager has changed and seems to be stemming from fake bonuses and lies. Collecting my NLB for the past period and I was screwed out of over $1100 in NLB. Tried to work things out with Kevin and his demeanor was very unprofessional for someone in customer service. At this point I will be looking for another book, been here for 10+ years. Beware no loyalty here!
Appreciate this update. I was with them and BetPop for many years, but gave up on each about four years ago because of the same things mentioned above...deposits are always a huge hassle and they took away every promotion that was worth anything. I was actually thinking about looking at their website to ramp up for football, but strictly due to this post...not now.
