Cash out methods from online book

Is there any method that I may not be thinking of to get cash without using a bank?

Could do bitcoin cash out but only way I know to get cash without using bank is a bitcoin ATM that charges around 5%.

Could have them send a check, but not sure rules on cashing it without being attached to it. Could use check cashing place but that is 5% again.

Any other ways? using prepaid debit or something or some other way?

Good thread. I know a lot of books used to offer their own personally issued debit cards.

Which book?

Most of the new online books in the US are tied to a brick n mortar Establishment (Casino/Race Track) -which you can cash out.....

William Hill has a debit type card !
