Dec 29 JON JONES -280 (ALEXANDER GUSTAFSSON vrs JON JONES)
Dec 15 DWIGHT GRANT -290 (ZAK OTTOW vrs DWIGHT GRANT)

UFC officials recently announced Ottow Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (16-6 MMA, 3-3 UFC) has replaced Erik Koch (15-6 MMA, 4-5 UFC) and will now face Dwight Grant (8-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) in a welterweight matchup at UFC 31 Milwaukee
Zak Ottow, Is Glass Joe now, and Dwight Grant has rocks for hands. He laid out former Bellator fighter Tyler Hill DW's Contender Series 2018 in Week 2 who was fighting out of Alan Belcher MMA Club. Zak Ottow was last KOed by Sage Northcutt and Jingliang Li "The Leech". Zak Ottow wins have come from Mike Pyle on a 3 fight losing streak , 19 UFC fights, Kiichi Kunimoto the enigma who only seem to fight once every years or two and Josh Burkman who went 1-7-1 in his UFC career.

Dwight Grant has an impressive win over Jordan Williams, He trains out of American Kickboxing Academy where you know he will work on his grappling every day . Grant Height: 6'1" (185cm) | Reach: 76.5" (194cm) will have the height and reach advantage over Ottow Height 5'11" (180cm) | Reach: 72.0" (183cm). Zak Ottow most impressive fight in my eyes was his faced Sergio Moraes November 19, 2016 when Moraes was awarded a split decision victory.

Grant has good take down defense and I expect it will get better training at AKA. Zak Ottow was not able to hold down Sage Northcutt. Dwight Grant took his time and was very composed in his DW fight, which he will need with the experience disadvantage he will have saturday . If Grant can catch a leg kick and counter with a right cross, it will change the fight.

Capping a Jones fight is a different animal, I didn’t know how good DC was because he was always a step behind Jones, Jones neutralized DC Olympic wrestling, When Jon Jones suffered a strained ligament in his right elbow when Victor Belfort caught him in an arm bar at UFC 152 you had to see it to believe it. Alexander Gustafsson wants to fight DC not Jones , he wants to fight for the money and the fame. Jon Jones believes he should be fighting Anthony Smith instead of Alexander Gustafsson. Smith, 30, has been on fire since moving up from middleweight earlier this year, and I personally would much rather see that fight. Daniel Cormier set a hard date in 2019 for retirement from MMA. “Come March, I will have 12 months, at max, left,” “I’m going to be done by March 20, 2019. I won’t be fighting again.” With his career winding down, should the Double Champ ride off into the sunset with a money fight against Brock Lesnar, or should he take one last crack at the man who will forever be his rival, Jon Jones? All the more of a reason for jones to make a statement and end this fight early. I think Jones is going to come out a beast and keep a lot of muscle from his time off, and is going to be more physically imposing then in the first fight with Gustafsson. Gustafsson was pretty much dominated and intimidated by Anthony Johnson, Gustafsson delivered a brutal knee that almost changed the DC fight and Gustafsson vs Jones was one of the closest fights in history.
