Because he paid hush money to two women in 2016. That's it, that's the only narrative being told to the masses by the criminal corrupt colluding always lying democratic media. The truth is he's NOT going to jail for that at all, He's going to jail for criminal activity totally unrelated to Trump. He was also paid millions of dollars for access to Trump he promised, and he never delivered on those promises either.

Maybe the reason it isn't a crime.....

If it were a crime how come none of the members of Congress have been charged with felonies by the
United States attorney in D.C.? They use tax dollars to buy silence, which was approved by the Ethics
Committee.

Essentially, there’s a slush fund of tax dollars. They were active members of Congress. The deals
were made while they were public officials.

According to the Washington Post, Congress’s Office of Compliance has shelled out more than $17
million in 264 settlements related to various employer-related disputes, including sexual harassment.
So, 264 settlements, $17 million, and not one story about how this is indictable.

Bottom line is COHEN and MUELLER HAVE to PROVE Trump directed Mueller to make payment to SPECIFICALLY not harm him during the election.

This would require proof such as an email, a handwritten message, a tape recorded conversation....of Trump saying or writing those exact words or a variation of the sort.

It would go something like "Michael Cohen, please pay off these women charging me with sexual misconduct to help my chances of winning the White House and not damaging my reputation so people will vote for me".

Secondly, EVEN IF there were such email, phone recorded conversation, text message....the charge for a campaign violation of this type is a civil infraction and usually results in some kind of fine...

You know, like the $300k plus fine Obama was given for admittedly taking campaign donations from foreign governments.

Weird how this has become such a big deal, huh?
