Well we are heading down the home stretch as we have 3 weeks left in the NFL season as teams are trying to make the last gasp effort to get in the playoffs or stay home for the holidays. We had my first losing week in a long time and trying to get back on track for this week as we have some interesting games. My record coming into this week my overall record YTD is 54-35-2 ATS and here is what I like for the games on Saturday in the NFL:

Houston (-7) Well the Texans had a bad week and lost to the Colts and were probably due for a loss but they get the Jets on the road who are at home but a tad beat up and I will go with the better defense here in the Texans to cause some headaches for Darnold and get a win to keep the pressure on the Pats for the second seed.

Browns (+3) This has suckers bet written all over it as I think the Browns will be a trendy pick for this game after what the 49ers did to the Broncos last week.I have to give the Browns some credit as I have been a harsh critic of theirs but they got there act together and playing some nice football as they have only allowed 1 sack in the last 3 weeks. Mayfield has this team and the town
believing again and that has not happened for a long time. They face a wounded Broncos team who I think the Browns can exploit in this matchup and think the Browns Chubb will have a nice game on Saturday night. The only drawback is the Browns have lost 10 straight to the Broncos but they are fighting for the playoffs and lets hope Baker Mayfield is feeling dangerous on Saturday night.

BOL to everybody on Saturday and I will be back sometime on Saturday night or Sunday with the rest of my picks

Really nice to see you on HOU buddy!!

I think CLE may struggle up @ Mile High for the 1st time for a lot of this young Browns team. But, you know my feelings on Vance Joseph, so CLE has a great shot to win this one SU.

BOL!

Wormy,I maybe wrong but Denver is a hot mess right now right now and yes maybe success lately for the Browns might swell their head but If they protect Mayfield and dont turn it over I see them winning outright.Houston needs to strike early and often to keep the Jets from gaining confidence but well see on that

Here are my plays for Sunday

Baltimore (-8) I think the Bucs are done after they collapsed last week against the Saints and now Baltimore is back home and Jackson is now the leader for the Ravens and need to win to keep pace for the playoffs and the Ravens Defense should force some errors from Winston.

Dallas (+3) I have been seeing alot love for the Colts but Hilton is banged up not 100%,O line isn't healthy so we will see what happens against the Cowboys defense as Luck will have to do some magic to beat this bunch.Prescott scares me but think he will do enough here to win a tight one here on the road.

Buffalo (-2.5) The Lions got lucky last week in Arizona as the Lions are all banged up for this game on Sunday and even thou the Bills blew it last week against the Jets should bounce back against the Lions IMO behind Josh Allen.

Chicago (-5) Well I want to see what Rodgers is made of as last week he faced one of the worst defenses in Atlanta and got a win at home now faces a Bears team with a better defense and goes on the road.I know he has success against the Bears but this Bears team is hungry and think they can get the job done here and get some payback from their loss in week 1.

Pittsburgh (+3) The Steelers have to be feeling the heat all week from them blowing there last 3 games and the Tomlin fired talk has to be running wild but this to me is they need to get their confidence back and what a way to do it against their main rival in the Pats who seems to have the Steelers number.I see the Steelers get back Eli Rodgers so that should help Big Ben out for this game and could use this as the Browns and Ravens are breathing down there neck.

Ok that is it for now and still debating about a game but might add it latter on before it starts. BOL to everybody on Sunday !

Adding a couple of more plays for today

Minnesota (-7) -bought half pt- Well another team firing a coach or coordinator who held a team back which this week is the Vikings getting rid of Defilippo and seems like teams do alot better after the firing and I think the Dolphins had there Super Bowl last week after beating the Pats and if you look at the stats the Dolphins have been getting outgained by teams and think its catches up with them today.

Oakland (+3) This is a bet against Hugh Jackson who the Bengals hired as an assistant to Marvin Lewis who is 0-9 straight up lately this guy is a jinx and at least the Raiders have been playing better of late.

OK BOL to everybody today !
