Utah St played far better bowl level teams and all 4 were away games! NT had one home game against La Tech and lost and one at UAB and lost. NT is facing a strong pass defense and with the superior defense of Utah St, I expect that to cost NT scores against them.

Subtract the two games against Alabama and Mississippi State (both away) and Lafayette is a different team.
UL played 2 tough games against Appy State and was nearly even in total yardage in the two losses to them. Appy is far better imo than Tulane and Line here is reversed. UL should be favored,

Fresno State -6 over Arizona State.
Never bet against a team that allowed only 14 points per game for the season, unless the opponent gave up less. In college this is a rare advantage. Az St. will struggle today and could lose this by three TD's. Fresno is dominating on defense and will likely score from that side of the ball today. This game should be the lowest scoring game of the season for AZ.

Mid Tenn State +6.5 over Appy State
APPY runs into a buzz saw today as MTS is battle tested with playing 5 games on the road against bowl teams this season, including a big one at Georgia. One important factor is that they almost beat KY in KY, losing by only 1 point SU. Expect MTSU to keep it close and possibly pull out a win. MTSU played the last 3 games on the season against winners and averaged 25 points per game.
