yeah I remember those days as well. back in the day when I worked a regular job
one year I asked to leave an 1/2 hour early to beat traffic , they told me that won't get you home early. lol
My gift/tip was them hiring me (I am pleased by that as it was one of the best gigs in town). Prior to that, I used to get between $2k-$3k from clients and typically about $500 in Southwest Airlines Gift Cards (that was a sweet gig).
Catered Christmas Party (I skipped as I dont have any kids, more geared for families with little ones) and a $50 gift card. I work at tomorrow night too
