Call the office. Use the phone number from your bill. Not from the email.

I’ve actually had trouble in the last week regarding my cable and internet (U-verse). I was told to change my password b/c someone may be hacking me. I asked them do they think it’s really that funny that they are deleting random episodes of Big Bang theory and modern family off my dvr??

My ISP forwarded a cease and desist letter from Warner Bros. saying I was pirating Big Bang Theory. Not me, I only pirate sports. Checked my router and all the devices running on it were mine. Not sure where WB got their info from but they got told to pissoff

Of course, I called them.. The guy (Bob) that answered eventually told me that he got the same email from Cox.....So he moved my inquiry to level 2, whatever that means... All I know is that they wanted it changed "to be safe"... Other than that, what do I know..
